Email writing for requesting to send details about the tour

Suppose, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation has given an advertisement in the newspaper offering a tour to Sent Martin Island. Now write an e-mail to the corporation asking details of the tour.

Dear Sir,
It has come to my notice that Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation has given an advertisement offering a tour to St. Martin Island. 
But some information say cost, transport, duration of stay, date etc. have not been mentioned in the advertisement for which I can't take decision to avail the offer.

It is, therefore, hoped that you would inform me of the above motioned information for my convenience.
