Junk food-Paragraph

Junk food is a type of food that is prepared for its intense taste. It is very tasty to eat. It is very appealing to look at but it is not good for the body. It often contains a lot of chemicals that make it taste good. It usually contains a lot of animal fat or sugar. It does enough damage to our bodies. When we eat a lot of fatty foods, our body turns them into fatty foods. 

Moreover, too much sugar can damage our teeth and skin. Chips, burgers, crunchy foods, pizza, biscuits, etc. are considered junk food. Apart from these, sweet and bubbly drinks like cola and lemonade are considered as junk food. However, we should avoid eating junk food. Junk food is deficient in vitamins and minerals. If we want to maintain good health, we should avoid junk food and take home-made fresh food.
