Dear Sir, 

With due respect I beg to state that I am a regular student of class-9 of your school. Today I have attended school in time but suddenly I have a bad headache. 

Now, I am quite unable to stay in the class room any longer. So, I need to go home early.

May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me early leave after the second period and oblige me thereby.
