Dear Sir, With due respect I, a regular student of class 8 of your school, beg to state that the marriage ceremony of my elder sister comes off on the 16th instant. 

For this, I shall have to remain busy All different works. So I need five days leave from the 14th to the 18th instant. 

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me leave of advance for those five days.
